What this site does with your information.

This page describes the Be Creative website. It is a marketing site for a small studio. It uses Google Analytics only if you agree to it, uses no advertising trackers, and does not sell or share personal information.

The contact form

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, your email address, your company if you add one, and your message. If you arrived at the form from the “See what we’ve built privately” link, the message is also tagged as an enquiry about private software work so we know how to reply.

We use this to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, as the start of that conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list.

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service that processes your submission on its servers and forwards it to our inbox. Owner to confirm on connection: Web3Forms’ current retention terms for submissions, and link their privacy policy here.

The form also contains a hidden field that people never see. Automated spam scripts tend to fill it in; submissions that do are discarded. That field carries no information about you.

Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure how the website is used in aggregate: which pages are visited, how people arrive, roughly where from. We use it to improve the site, not to identify you, and its advertising features are switched off.

Analytics is off until you choose. If you accept, Google Analytics loads and sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID); if you reject, or never choose, it does not load at all. You can change your mind at any time:

Email and WhatsApp

If you write to hello@becre.in or message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by those services under their own terms. We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the work we are discussing.

What the site stores in your browser

Two small preferences, kept in your browser’s local storage and never sent anywhere: your light/dark theme choice (bc-theme), if you use the toggle, and your analytics choice (bc-analytics). You can clear them like any site data. The site itself sets no cookies; the only cookies are Google Analytics’, and only if you accept analytics.

The “Where we work” section shows your local time next to ours. That is calculated in your browser from its own timezone setting and is not transmitted.

Hosting and server logs

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations. Owner to confirm the hosting provider at launch and its log-retention period.

Links to other sites

The homepage links to client websites we have built and to the services above. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Your choices and questions

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@becre.in and we will deal with it directly.

Owner to confirm: the legal entity operating the site and its registered location (used for the “controller” statement), and whether any jurisdiction-specific wording is required for the audiences the studio works with.

If what the site does changes, this page will change with it and the date above will move.
