These terms cover the Be Creative website only. Work we do for clients is governed by the proposal or agreement for that work, not by this page.

What the site is for

The site explains what Be Creative does and gives you a way to get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer or a quote; a message through the form starts a conversation, not a contract.

Content and ownership

The text, design, code and imagery on this site belong to Be Creative unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to link to it and to quote short passages with attribution. Please do not reproduce the site or its design wholesale.

Screenshots of client websites appear with the projects they belong to; the sites and their brands remain the property of those clients. Owner to confirm that FAFF and Assam Brooms have agreed to be shown, or that the engagements permit it.

Accuracy

We keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is a description of a small studio, not a specification. Details about how we work, what we have built and where we work may change. We do not publish metrics or testimonials we cannot verify.

Links to other sites

Links to client websites and third-party services are provided for reference. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as is. We aim to keep it available and error-free but do not guarantee either, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, to the extent the law allows.

Privacy

How we handle information you send us is described on the privacy page.

Governing law

Owner to confirm: governing law and venue (expected to be India, with the state of the operating entity), and the legal name of the entity these terms refer to.
